Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


CHS is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process customer orders and ensure accurate transaction records. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service. 5. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all customer interactions. 6. Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative to solve problems and improve processes. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 0 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. A resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. 3. Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Leadership skills to take charge of customer issues and drive solutions. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
