Job Description:
As an Online Customer Service Officer at Mosaic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This position requires a high level of independence and passion for delivering top-notch service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities to effectively assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via various online platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other related queries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer problems. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Independent and self-motivated with a passion for helping customers. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using online communication platforms and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
