Job Description:
Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Part-Time Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This position requires a high level of independence and resourcefulness, as well as strong research and communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Conduct research to address customer questions and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using online chat tools, social media platforms, and email. 5. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 7. Experience working in an online customer service role is a plus.
