Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Mars Canada is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, ordering, shipping, and returns - Conduct research to address customer concerns and provide accurate information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the online customer service experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in project management tools and techniques - Experience with online research and data analysis - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems
