Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Jones Lang LaSalle, a leading real estate and investment management company, is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in customer service.


As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for actively engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Requirements: - Must be passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members - Innovative mindset to find solutions to customer issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience using customer service software and online communication tools
