Online Customer Service Representative

Plains GP Holdings is looking for an energetic and reliable Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As an Online Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong decision-making skills and attention to detail in order to handle complex customer inquiries and escalations.
