Job Description:
Reynolds American is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate-level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling online customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 4. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs. 5. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Maintaining accurate customer records and databases. 7. Assisting with online order processing and fulfillment. 8. Engaging with customers to promote brand loyalty and retention.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting. 3. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 4. Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 8. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media management.
