Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Qualcomm is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and be passionate, resilient, and possess strong presentation and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers who visit our online platforms, including websites and social media channels. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process online orders and payments accurately. 4. Maintain and update customer records in our database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 7. Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately. 8. Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve products and services. 9. Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. Experience working with CRM software is a plus. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Must be eligible to work in Canada.
