Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: Fiserv is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and driven with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
