Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Fidelity National Information Services in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online services - Provide assistance with online account maintenance and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch customer service
Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using online platforms and tools - Availability to work part-time hours - Diploma or degree in a relevant field is an asset
