Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Hess is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery and support. This is a part-time position with a requirement of at least 4 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality support - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and to maximize their satisfaction with our products - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Assist in the development of customer retention strategies and implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty - Track and report on customer success metrics, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer success to continuously enhance our service delivery


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred - Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role required - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Reliable and adaptable, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - A cooperative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
