Job Description:
Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in customer service. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Work collaboratively with other team members to address customer needs and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed - Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to address customer needs and concerns
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time - A cooperative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team - Passion for learning and professional development
