Job Description:
Ryder System in Vancouver, British Columbia is seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, and possess strong planning and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to online clients through phone, email, and chat support - Assist customers with online order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote customer retention and growth - Provide feedback and insights on customer opinions, preferences, and behaviors to improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent planning and organizational skills - High emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions effectively - Knowledge of CRM software and online communication tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
