Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job description:


Fluor, a global engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer accounts and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content to drive customer engagement - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Conduct online presentations and training sessions for customers - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless online customer experience - Monitor and track customer success metrics and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for customer service - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer management platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
