Job Description:
Terex is seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise during the purchasing process - Provide technical support for online platforms and troubleshoot any technical issues that customers may encounter - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve processes - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer success initiatives and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success to continuously improve the customer experience
Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in CRM systems and online support platforms - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Availability to work flexible hours as needed - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
