Online Customer Success Assistant

Textron is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The Online Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

In addition to traditional customer service duties, the Online Customer Success Assistant will also be tasked with proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive customer engagement and retention.

Personality traits such as resilience and confidence are essential for this role, as the Online Customer Success Assistant will be required to handle customer complaints and challenging situations with professionalism and poise. Strong leadership and people management skills are also crucial, as the successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and lead by example.
