Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Omnicom Group is seeking an Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are hardworking and reliable. We are looking for someone who possesses adaptability and teamwork skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via online platforms, including email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer success and satisfaction - Assist with marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and retention - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Hardworking and reliable individual with a passion for customer success - Strong adaptability and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
