Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is looking for a part-time Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through various online channels - Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to improve services and products - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively - Conduct analysis on customer data to identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies - Support the overall customer success team in achieving key performance indicators - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - Independent and dedicated personality traits - Strong project management skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Bachelor's degree preferred
