Job Description:

As an Online Customer Success Associate at New York Life Insurance in Vancouver, British Columbia, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through online platforms. This role is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Utilize creativity and critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions to customer problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
