Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. This role is part-time and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. - Provide personalized support to customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. - Identify customer needs and concerns, and work with the appropriate teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for customer retention and growth. - Analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve the online customer experience. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in online customer support or success. - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Energetic and resilient personality traits. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools. - Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
