Job Description:
Kellanova Canada is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success, preferably in an online setting.
As an Online Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our online customers to ensure their satisfaction and drive retention. Your main duties will include onboarding new customers, providing product support, resolving customer issues, and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities: - Onboard new online customers and provide training on product features - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Proactively reach out to customers to address any issues or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Work closely with the sales and product development teams to provide insights from customer interactions - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to better serve our customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives and improve overall customer experience
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer success, preferably in an online setting - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
