Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


Viacom is seeking a passionate and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, this role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer success.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of online customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to customers, showcasing the value of our products - Provide innovative solutions to customer issues and challenges, ensuring a positive customer experience - Monitor key customer success metrics and provide regular reports to the management team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in a customer success role, ideally in an online or SaaS company - Energetic and motivated personality, with a passion for helping customers succeed - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to think outside the box and innovate solutions to customer problems - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
