Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

As an Online Customer Success Officer at WESCO International in Vancouver, British Columbia, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of our online customers. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level individuals with no prior experience required.


**Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers via online platforms to provide assistance and resolve any issues or inquiries they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive business growth - Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure customer success metrics are met - Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and drive positive outcomes
