Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Exxon Mobil is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a confident and driven individual who possesses excellent planning and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers through efficient communication and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to online customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our online platforms - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and communicate trends to management for continuous improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence and drive to achieve customer success goals
