Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Representative based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level professionals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Utilize innovative strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Resourceful and confident in solving problems and handling challenging situations - Experience in people management and/or innovation is preferred but not required - A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility - Visa sponsorship and disability insurance are available benefits - Remote work flexibility is offered - No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
