Job Description:
As an Online Customer Success Representative at Kroger in Montreal, Quebec, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience for our online shoppers. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat, email, and phone. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 3. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are being met and provide assistance as needed. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall online shopping experience. 5. Utilize project management skills to track the progress of customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 6. Conduct presentations to educate customers on new products and services. 7. Leverage data insights to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 2. Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage customer inquiries. 3. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members. 4. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role. 5. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. 6. Ability to work on a part-time basis, with flexible hours.
