Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Eastman Chemical is seeking an Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company. We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual who possesses excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience and drive revenue growth - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and customer retention - Create and deliver engaging presentations to potential and existing customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market


Requirements: - No prior experience required; training will be provided - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
