Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Cummins in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, this part-time role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience and a desire to grow within a reputable company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints - Assist with order processing, tracking, and returns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
