Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Support Associate to join our team at Capital One Financial in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving billing concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Uphold Capital One's reputation for exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Previous experience in online customer support roles - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and enthusiastic personality - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
