Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Tractor Supply is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of online customer support for our company.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer support processes and procedures - Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
