Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at R.R. Donnelley & Sons in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time employee at a Mid-to-Senior Level, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online customer support operations.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance the online user experience - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain customer support policies and procedures - Use data analytics to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer support or related field - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset - Resilient and confident in challenging situations - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred - Knowledge of CRM systems and other customer support tools
