Online Customer Support Manager

This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer support role.

As the Online Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of online customer support, overseeing a team of customer support representatives, analyzing customer feedback and trends, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
