Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Manager in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer support role.


As the Online Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of online customer support, overseeing a team of customer support representatives, analyzing customer feedback and trends, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the company's online reputation through various channels.


We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, adaptable, and possesses strong analytical and strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in an online environment and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic team.
