Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a talented and dedicated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer support operations, including responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer support team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Proven experience in customer support roles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
