Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Dash Hudson is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the online customer support team, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement customer support strategies to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to address customer feedback and concerns - Analyze customer support data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement - Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for customer service


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Strong motivation and reliability to lead a team and drive results - Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to interact with customers and team members - Innovative mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and implement creative solutions - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
