Job Description:
NAV Canada is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support and management roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer support process. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address any customer concerns or issues. 5. Create and maintain training materials for online customer support team members. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support. 7. Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 2. Previous experience in a customer support or management role. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Energetic and passionate personality traits. 5. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
