Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


FirstEnergy, a leading energy company in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role with a minimum of 3 years of experience, the Online Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for online customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 3. Assist customers in navigating our online platform and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions. 5. Monitor online customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate departments. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, online platform updates, and industry trends. 8. Recommend improvements to the online customer support process to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively. 4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
