Job Description:
Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns. 3. Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with any technical difficulties. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to management for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. 2. Strong presentation and project management skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions. 3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
