Job Description:
Avery Dennison is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Manage customer relationships by ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving any complaints or concerns. 3. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer needs and provide accurate information on products and services. 4. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that meet customer requirements. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the customer support team.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions. 2. Strong people management skills and the ability to work independently to achieve customer satisfaction. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities to think outside the box and find innovative solutions. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
