Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Seaspan ULC is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Representative in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and insights


Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning and analytical skills - Driven and results-oriented mindset - Experience with CRM software is a plus
