Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the successful candidate must possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via email, live chat, and social media channels - Address customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with order processing and tracking - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
