Job Description:
PG&E Corp. is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with online account management, technical issues, and product inquiries. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the online customer experience. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the marketing and product development teams. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve our services. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Reliable and independent with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. 3. Strong presentation and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer service platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
