Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to online customers through email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. 3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sale to post-sale. 5. Utilize online tools and systems to track customer interactions, gather feedback, and analyze trends to improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable with the ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively. 2. Strong persuasion skills to influence customers to make informed decisions. 3. Strategic planning capabilities to anticipate customer needs and proactively address them. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support platforms.
