Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


Centene is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service and support.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints in a courteous manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Assist in creating and updating online resources for customers - Continuously improve and update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends


Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent attention to detail and ability to research and identify solutions to customer problems - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
