O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and looking to gain valuable experience in the automotive industry. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance and information through live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments - Work closely with the sales team to support online sales initiatives - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously learn and stay informed about O’Reilly Automotive products and services

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks - No experience required, as training will be provided
