Online Live Chat Assistant

Responsibilities: - Provide live chat support to website visitors, answering inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner - Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their problems - Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a positive and helpful manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Cooperate with team members to achieve common goals - Use persuasion skills to encourage customers to purchase products or services
