Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Assistant at Citizens Financial Group. This position is part-time and located in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an entry-level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers through online live chat with any inquiries or issues they may have - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally - Utilize innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer service experience - Keep abreast of company products and services to better assist customers - Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident individual with strong communication skills - Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to customer problems - Excellent people management skills to handle various customer interactions - Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required - Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) - Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection
