Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online live chat to provide information and assistance on insurance products and services. 2. Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and drive to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various customer preferences. 3. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5.
