Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

General Mills is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our online chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline the chat process - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure they are providing high-quality service - Monitor chat performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - Adaptability and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team - Experience in customer service and online chat management - Innovative and creative problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
