Job Description:
Shaw Communications is seeking a talented and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at an associate level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, possess excellent people management and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and mentor chat agents to provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues efficiently - Monitor chat interactions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions - Analyze chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer service
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in online customer service or chat management - Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat software platforms - Knowledge of customer service best practices and strategies - Fluency in English and French is preferred
