Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at Express Scripts Holding in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, this role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and issues. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat platform. - Work closely with customer service representatives to provide training and support on using the live chat platform. - Monitor and analyze chat data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Creativity and critical thinking skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Experience working in online customer service or chat management. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
